It takes courage to live your light. And it's the path to personal freedom – and joy.

From Glimmer to Glow

How do we live our light? By melting our resistance to being a candle.

As children, we may fear the dark. As adults, we fear the Light. Yet light is our greatest resource. It's a living library that clarifies who we are.

Think about it. What might we say when we don't understand something? "I'm in the dark." After someone explains it to us, or "sheds light" on the subject, we may respond, "Ah, I see the light!"

Light is information. It brings the unknown into form. Once we have a shape, a context, then we are able to create our lives from an in-formed perspective. This creation is love in action.

Imagine encouraging everyone you meet to live the light that is within them. You bond with another and say, "I light you!" Then, gazing at your glowing candle, you affirm the light-in-form, and co-create by saying, "I love you!"

Pretty radical stuff. Living your light means questioning assumptions, dancing beyond the box. You can't keep Light in a box! It means moving from being lightheaded, to being a headlight. This is a choice we make to stand fully in our power and shine. And having fun with this process is the greatest joy of all. Laughter lights us up. Conscious evolution is purposeful play!

So relax, breathe deeply, pour yourself a cup of Sereni-Tea and allow the cosmic questions to dance within your being.
